It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Customer Acknowledgment and Certification
By purchasing any item from R&K Customs LLC, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from R&K Customs LLC complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the customer’s jurisdiction.
The customer has independently verified that its purchase and intended use of any item is legal in the customer’s state and local jurisdiction.
The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless R&K Customs LLC and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from R&K Customs LLC.

All firearms will be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license. All licenses will be validated through FFL EZ Check and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellation. It is the responsibility of the dealer to ensure that RKC has an updated copy of the FFL license.
No ammunition, third-party items (Drop Ship) or ANY firearms will be shipped to a Post Office Box.
